Rustic Step Stool in Pine or Oak
Handmade Step Stool / Step Up made in solid pine or solid oak.
This stunning step stool is both practical and beautiful. It can help you reach those high, hard to reach places that standing on tip toe just won't allow!! I originally designed this step stool as a photography prop for my photographer client. The picture step is nice and large, designed with my clients needs in mind. Off the back of this design, I've had clients looking for something a little smaller so I have developed the range to cover many sizes to suit your needs. Handmade using rustic pine boards or oak boards, showing lots of character including original saw mill saw marks, dings, dents and knots. All the boards are sanded smooth for your comfort, but still showing all the wonderful features to keep the step full of character. Each one will be different from the next, but all full of character as the last.
SIZES - The steps are 220mm deep with a thickness of 35mm. The bottom step is always half the height of the top step. For example if the top step is 600mm high, then the first step is 300mm high and if the Top step is 300mm high, then the bottom step is 150mm high.
OVERALL SIZE - L 550mm x D 440mm x H (300mm / 400mm / 500mm / 600mm)
These steps can also be made in solid oak, see listing variations available. The solid oak variations and still full of character but do not show original saw mill saw marks.
FINISH - The pictured step is finished in vintage dark wax (over pine wood). A clear wax finish is also available.
